Tau Marketing Services Ltd (“The White Label Brand Owner”) is registered in the United Kingdom with company number 09234379 for the purpose of providing marketing services. services.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protect the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”).

The Company provides Online and mobile gaming services to you via our in-house brands (each an "In-House Brand"), via third parties' "white label" brands (each a "White Label Brand") and via mobile gaming platforms. The White Label Brand Owner specializes in marketing online gaming services and owns the "[BrandName" (The Brand)

The White Label Brand Owner forms part of the Quantum International Holdings group of companies (the "Group") which includes the entities specified below under "The Group" Section.

    The Company and the Group (collectively "we", "our" or "us") are deeply committed to safeguard the privacy expectations of its users (“User(s)”, “you” or “your”). Accordingly, we have papered this privacy and cookie policy (collectively: “Privacy Policy”) to outline our practices with respect to collecting, using and disclosing your information through the use of our websites, applications and gaming platforms controlled by us (collectively: “the Services”), as well as your rights with respect to your Personal Information.

  1. What type of information we collect

      We collect two types of data and information from our users.

      Registration details: When you open an account and register to use the Services, you will be asked to provide us certain details about yourself, such as: first and last name, email address, gender, birth data, physical address, ID number, phone number, occupation, etc. In addition, we may collect certain information as required under various gambling regulations, as well as Know Your Client (“KYC”) and Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) regulatory requirements, such as your source of funds.

      • To any third parties who provide services in relation to the operation or promotion of the applicable In House Brand or the White Label Brands (if applicable);

      • Auditors, contractors or advisers of any of the Group’s business processes
